Rider Support Terms & Conditions

HOW IT WORKS:

Once the rider/team has been accepted to the EVS Rider Support Program, they will receive a unique login.  This will allow the rider/team access to the Rider Support portal and ability to place orders.  Accepted support riders/teams will receive a Tier 1 discount of 30% off retail priced items prior to sales tax and shipping for the supported year.  When an accumulated spend of $300 at the discounted pricing is achieved, the rider/team will be moved to a Tier 2 discount of 40% off retailed priced items prior to sales tax and shipping for the supported year.  Once an accumulated spend of $500 at the discounted pricing is achieved, the rider/team will be moved to a Tier 3 discount of 50% off retailed priced items prior to sales tax and shipping for the supported year.  Once an accumulated spend of $1500 at the discounted pricing is achieved, the rider/team will be moved to a Tier 4 discount of 60% off retailed priced items prior to sales tax and shipping for the supported year.  Pricing is based on subtotal prior to sales tax and shipping.  If you are a returning support rider/team you will receive the discount provided from the previous year’s support.  In order to maintain your status you must comply with the above Tier system.  Otherwise your support will be reset.  Discounted prices will automatically show on the rider portal site once logged in.  Review of total spends, and tier movement will be assessed on a monthly basis. Rider/Team must reapply for the EVS Rider Support Program each year. 

 

PROCESSING TIMES:

For all orders placed through the rider portal or evs-sports.com, please allow 3 to 4 business days for handling, in most cases we will ship your order next day or the following business day.

 

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

We ship 5 days a week, Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm CT. All orders placed after 3:30 pm CT will not be processed until the following business day.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders for in-stock items placed before 3:30 pm CT, usually ship within 1-2 business days. EVS customers will receive an email or SMS/text notification with tracking information once their order has shipped.

The entire order will be shipped together, when possible.    

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

EVS Sports warehouse is located in Wisconsin.  EVS Sports ships via ground using USPS/UPS/FedEx as its carriers to the continental United States. Estimated transportation times are 2-7 business days (NOTE: Free Shipping and ground service is not guaranteed). 

Business day means Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. 

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING REQUESTS:

EVS Sports offers expedited shipping services.  Air service orders must be placed before 10:00 am PST/ 12pm CST and will be shipped same day, pending availability.  Expedited shipping is offered to the Continental United States only. 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept the following major credit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We also accept Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Venmo.

 

TIME OF BILLING:

Your credit card will be charged upon submitting your order online. 

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question, the item will be cancelled from your order and refunded if applicable. 

 

EXCHANGES:

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may exchange your unused products for a different product or a full refund  within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.  All goods must arrive in their original undamaged packaging.

To request an exchange or return, please email cs@evs-sports.com for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any items.  Exchange items must be sent to EVS Central (Wisconsin), postage prepaid.  Please note that any products returned without an approved Return Authorization Number are subject for refusal.  The replacement item(s) will be shipped once the returned item(s) has been received and inspected. 

 

WARRANTY:

EVS products are covered by a one-year from date of purchase warranty on manufacturing defects when purchased new from EVS or an authorized EVS Dealer. Warranties cover original manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship, not normal wear and tear. EVS will determine whether a product can be repaired or must be replaced.  If replaced, a similar product size and model as those originally purchased will be issued. A replacement product may be upgraded at an additional cost to the customer.  No refunds. 

To request a warranty claim, please email cs@evs-sports.com for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any items.  A warranty claim form including your Return Authorization Number and proof of purchase must be included with the return.  Warranty claim items must be sent to EVS Central (Wisconsin), postage prepaid.  Please note that any products returned without an approved Return Authorization Number are subject for refusal. 

EVS will cover ground shipping for products repaired or replaced under warranty.  The customer may request expedited shipping for an additional cost.  When a product is out of stock and on backorder, warranty replacements will be given priority upon arrival of the product.
